All of our sourdoughs are made as naturally as possible. Our sourdough starter is fed with both Stone ground whole wheat flour and white wheat flour. All of our stone ground flour comes from Vangarderen Ranch, a local grain grower. All other flours come from P&H Milling or ADM Mills. We have four kinds of sourdough available every day and up to eight kinds available on Friday/Saturday.

These are our breads that use fresh yeast as well as some of them using both sourdough starter and yeast. However they all still use long fermentation times to allow the wheat to properly break down for better flavour and digestion.

We make all our pastries in house from scratch and by hand to ensure the highest quality we can provide for our items. This includes the lamination of all Croissant and Danish Dough using real Butter. Also all fruit fillings are made in house from either local or BC fruit that we source throughout the summer where possible.
