All of our sourdoughs are made as naturally as possible. Our sourdough starter is fed with both Stone ground whole wheat flour and white wheat flour. All of our stone ground flour comes from Vangarderen Ranch, a local grain grower. All other flours come from P&H Milling or ADM Mills.

These are our breads that use fresh yeast as well as some of them using both. However they all still use long fermentation times to allow the wheat to properly break down for better flavour and digestion.
