Our Bakeshop

We are located on the historic Main Street of Fort Macleod, Alberta. Our doors opened in February 2017 and we love being able to serve the town of Fort Macleod and surrounding areas ever since.

{as of May 2020}

We are staying open our regular Hours. For walk in customers we are happy to have your order ready if you call us to pre-order. We are also offering delivery within town limits as well as curb side pickup at the bakery. For Lethbridge, we go every Tuesday and Friday and are able to drop off orders at Urban Grocer as well as do home deliveries with a minimum. Call us for more details.

Our Products

We are committed to showcasing Artisan Baking in both Bread and Pastries, along with ensuring that flavour and baking from scratch are priorities.

We believe in using real Butter and always start with the basic ingredients to create our products. You can often find us peeling apples for your apple pie, cracking eggs for your cakes, heating up milk to cook pastry cream, cutting up fruit for our many fillings, scooping all the cookies, laminating croissants, and more.

Where to find our Products

We are open six days a week for retail sales in Fort Macleod. Two days a week (Tuesday and Friday) we bring a selection of our product to Urban Grocer in Lethbridge for retail purchase as well.

Mocha Local also has a selection of our products available to order under the Farmers Market section of their service. They deliver these items to Lethbridge, Bow Island, Coaldale, Coalhurst, Foremost, Medicine Hat, Raymond and Taber.

Mocha Cabana, Italian Table, and Sisters Pub and Grill all use some of our products on their menu. We appreciate your support through supporting these businesses as well.

One other location you can get some of our products is at the Broek Pork Acres Retail Meat Store on the farm. We can also arrange for orders to be sent there to be picked up.

We also attend the Lethbridge Exhibition Farmers Market every Saturday   (9am-2pm) during May-October. *Stay Tuned for Market info during COVID-19*

Our Community

We believe in supporting the town and surrounding community when possible. This includes sourcing as many of our ingredients from local producers and farmers of which there is many.

Check out our Charity of the Month Initiative in store or under the community tab for past charities we have been able to support. We also are happy to provide bread to local charities, food banks and other food programs and help centers that donate it on to people in need.
